At the Coffee Shop
*Sigh* Cadence probably left the Coffee Shop. And she probably hates me now. Franky looked up to see a huge commotion in front of him. He saw at least 50 penguins in a group huddled in a circle. They were yelling all sorts of things, like “*gasp* OMG!!”, and, “I can’t believe it!!, and, “I got the stamp, did you?!” don’t forget, “ADD MEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!”. This could only mean one thing. That someone famous besides the P.B. was on CP Island. Before he could see who it was, someone yelled, “OMG! IT’S FRANKY FROM THE PENGUIN BAND!!”. “Crud…”, he said.
All the penguins turned around and gasped. He couldn’t turn around because then the rest of the band would’ve gotten ambushed as well. And if he went forward? Well, you know what’s in front of him. But then again, he still wanted to know who else was in town. He was about to get clobbered by fans, when something tugged his hoodie. He was pulled out of the crowd and into the Town. Luckily, all the penguins in the town where at the dock looking for him. He sat up to thank the person who dragged him out of there. He turned around and was ambushed. Not again, he thought. But the penguin felt surprisingly light. Not to mention fluffy. He opened his eyes and saw a purple Puffle bouncing on his chest. He knew that Puffle from anywhere! “Lolz! You saved me? But you don’t have flippers. So how…” He heard a giggle. Franky looked up and saw Cadence. She was the one who was giggling! “Lolz didn’t save you, I did!”, she said as her giggle turned into a laugh. Franky blushed. I’m such an idiot, he thought.
“T-thanks Cadence”, he said. “Anytime!” she replied trying to hold back a laugh. He stood up and brushed the snow off his hoodie. “Well, what are we waiting for? Lets get our coffee!”, Cadence said. Oh yeah coffee. That’s why we came here, he thought. “Yeah let’s get going!”, he replied.
